John Infantino
Since 2001, John Infantino has performed as chief executive officer of Federal Group International. Although based in New York, Mr. Infantino supervises an entity that handles transactions involving public and private companies from multiple countries. Deals he has organized and structured have related to community developments, property management, and master development of mixed use projects. John Infantino has also served as chairman of Federal Bulgaria Management AD. This firm planned and programmed the re-use of real estate assets of Petrol Holding and its affiliates.
In recognition of his accomplishments throughout his three decades in the development industry, Mr. Infantino has received numerous accolades. A former director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), he held officer positions with the Florida Home Builders Association and the Citrus County Builders Association. While president of the former group, the trade group won NAHB awards for Best Political Action Program, Best Public Relations Program, and Best Association Magazine. Active in government affairs, he encouraged the passage of the William E. Sadowski Affordable Housing Act, which became known as “The Best Housing Bill in America.” Additionally, John Infantino joined with building executives and associations from four states to co-found the Development Industry Coalition.
